As a medium-sized county law library, our collection is focused more on current practice materials and not historical research materials. We house approximately 16,000 volumes including both primary and secondary law materials. The following materials are part of our collection:

Our collection is cataloged as part of the Santa Cruz City County Public Library. You can search for materials in our collection at www.santacruzpl.org We are happy to answer questions regarding our collection by phone.
Our print collection is supplemented by online fee-based services. We subscribe to three major online databases, Lexis, Westlaw and CEB OnLaw, which are available for public use on our computer terminals. There is no fee to use Lexis, Westlaw or CEB OnLaw. Please see our fee schedule for any applicable printing charges.
We also subscribe to PACER, which provides access to U.S. District, Bankruptcy, and Appellate cases. Pacer charges 8 cents per page to view. If you would like to print there is an additional $ .20 charge per page.
